The Complaint related to pension should be first filed with the SBI manager of the customer care department if the customer is not satisfied with the decision or is waiting for a reply within 14 days.
Then, the complainant may appeal to the pension fund regulatory and development authority (PFRDA).
The appeal should be done in a specified procedure and must fill out the basic form.
